On Monday, the fifth anniversary of his passing, Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino joined with the Acocella family, Harrison Mayor/Supervisor Ron Belmont and organ donor advocates to pay their respects, and raise awareness for organ donations, during a ceremony at Harrison Town Hall. "In many ways, it seems like just yesterday that Joe was with us, because his personality was such a remarkable one," Astorino said.
