A Connecticut man is facing numerous criminal charges after he led Westchester County Police on a chase Wednesday night on the Hutchinson River Parkway, rammed two police cars and injured several officers before being subdued and placed under arrest. Westchester County motorists should take note that lane closures are expected for both northbound and southbound sides of the Hutchinson River Parkway, between Exit 7 and Exit 29 , beginning Monday, June 13, through Thursday, June 16, for road maintenance. The closures will affect commuters in Scarsdale and Harrison; the cities of New Rochelle and Mount Vernon, and the villages of Eastchester and Pelham from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., daily.
