In a bid to reduce the high marriage costs and help Qatari youth get married, the government has opened a new wedding hall in Al Wakrah, which will be available to the citizens free of charge from next month. The Minister of Municipality and Environment H E Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi yesterday opened the Al Wakrah Celebration Halls Complex.
