BAKU: “Armenian provocation aimed at disrupting Karabakh talks”

Another Armenian provocation along the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops is aimed at disrupting the negotiation process over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict’s peaceful settlement, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told reporters in Baku Feb. 26. “When the international community starts to demand adoption of speedy steps to resolve the conflict, or certain agreements are reached as a result of the negotiations on the settlement of the conflict, Armenia resorts to the same methods, aggravates the situation on the front line, attacks Azerbaijani positions,” he said.
