Social and communal values instilled by a childhood on an Israeli kibbutz will be shared this Sunday at Congregation Bet Haverim by a Nevada City woman whose grandparents founded the kibbutz where she came of age. Sponsored by the synagogue’s Israel Peace Alternatives group, the free “Granddaughter of the Dream” presentation will take place at 2 p.m. in the Social Hall located at 1715 Anderson Road, Davis.
