Filmmaking has become a democratic process in changing times of technology: Rajyavardhan Rathore

New Delhi , Jan. 17 : Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Rathore has said that movies in the Indian Panorama section have an emotional appeal with the audiences as they can relate them with their own culture, region and language. “The art of storytelling through movies has undergone a change with the times and a trend has now started in India to produce Films based on inspiring stories of real life events,” Rathore mentioned this while inaugurating the Indian Panorama Film Festival at Siri Fort auditorium yesterday.
