The PwC 2016 Africa Capital Markets Watch estimates that Africa has 700 companies with annual revenues in excess of $500 million, but only 40 per cent are listed.
AT&T Agrees to Bring 3,000 Jobs Back to U.S. in New Labor Pact
AT&T Inc., the largest U.S. phone-service provider, will bring about 3,000 jobs back to the U.S. as part of a tentative labor agreement with union employees in Texas and four other states. The Dallas-based phone company has committed to adding the jobs in its Southwest district by the end of 2018, a spokesman said Friday.

A former journalist fired for making up details in stories is behind at least eight of the scores of threats made against Jewish institutions nationwide, as well as a bomb threat to New York’s Anti-Defamation League, in an effort to harass and vilify his ex-girlfriend, federal officials said Friday. Juan Thompson, 31, was arrested in St. Louis and appeared there in federal court Friday on cyberstalking charge.
