United Parcel Service said Tuesday that a drone launched from a specially outfitted truck, made a delivery and returned to the truck during a test this week in Florida. UPS has tested drones for emergency deliveries such as medicine.

Caesars Says 4Q Loss Is Ten Times Bigger Than Analysts Expected
Caesars Entertainment reported a fourth quarter net loss of $3.88 a share, more than ten times greater than the 37-cents-a-share loss expected by analysts polled by FactSet. The Las Vegas-based gaming company reported fourth quarter revenue of $949 million, compared with the $2.39 billion expected by FactSet.
Boyd Gaming Reports Mixed Q4 Results
Boyd Gaming reported a 2.2% increase in fourth quarter net revenue to $554.8 million, generating earnings of 38 cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting the company to report revenue of $561.1 million and earnings of 24 cents per share.

United Parcel Service Inc. plunged as its profit forecast for this year missed analysts’ estimates on “headwinds” from currency effects. Adjusted earnings will absorb a $400 million pretax hit from foreign exchange effects, the world’s largest package-delivery company said in a statement Tuesday.
