Child Luring Report Appears To Be Misunderstanding, New Castle Police Say

The vehicle and driver cited in a report of an apparent child luring incident in Chappaqua Wednesday morning have been identified and it appears to have been a misunderstanding at this point in the investigation, New Castle Police said.
