In his first public outreach since being appointed as Chappaqua's interim schools superintendent, Daniel McCann invited parents to meet him over the coming weeks, either in small groups or individually. Police identified two 22-year-old men late Thursday who crashed a stolen car in Pleasantville overnight before fleeing to Chappaqua.
