The suspect in the August shooting in front of a prominent Chappaqua deli has been indicted in connection with the incident, according to the Westchester County District Attorney's office. Hengjun Chao, a 49-year-old resident of Tuckahoe, was arraigned today in connection with the indictment, the announcement adds.

A Tuckahoe man accused of shooting two men outside a Chappaqua deli is to appear in Westchester County Court on Tuesday to formally face charges of attempted murder, assault and criminal use of a firearm, according to multiple reports. Chao has been held in the Westchester County jail since his Aug. 29 arrest on suspicion of shooting the men - one of whom was his former boss - outside Lange's Little Store & Delicatessen.
