Trump pulled off perhaps the biggest upset in United States political history by defeating former first lady, secretary of state and U.S. senator from New York Hillary Clinton in one of the most controversial and contentious presidential elections in history. The victory for Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford, did not come until just before 3 a.m. Wednesday, shortly after Clinton, who has lived in Chappaqua since 1999, conceded.
