On Thursday, residents and property owners of several parcels in the downtowns of Katonah and Bedford Hills will vote on whether to establish a sewer district. The referendum is scheduled to run from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the Bedford Town House, which is located at 321 Bedford Road in Bedford Hills.
