A 30-year-old man was extradited from Virginia after being arrested earlier this month for allegedly committing a lewd sexual act to the teenage daughter of his ex-girlfriend four years ago. On Dec. 6, 2012, the Bedford Police Department received a report that Fidel Angel Cardona allegedly entered the residence of his ex-girlfriend in Katonah, where her 16-year-old daughter was asleep in bed.
