An investigation following a report of a former Northern Westchester private school teacher becoming involved in an inappropriate electronic conversation with an ex-student resulted in the arrest of a former teacher on Friday, Oct. 27, Bedford Police said. Police received the initial report involving the student at The Harvey School in Katonah on Oct. 9, launching the investigation by the Bedford Police Department Detective Division in conjunction with the Westchester County District Attorney's Office that led to the arrest of 32-year-old Kamar A. Brown, a resident of Waterbury, Conn.
