Larchmont resident Eli Russ was presented with the first-ever Red Cross Disaster Health Services Award on Saturday, March 4, during a meeting where volunteers were honored and celebrated for their accomplishments. Russ is the Disaster Health Services Volunteer Lead for the Greater New York Region of the American Red Cross.
