Westchester's own Vanessa Williams will be the honorary chairwoman of a fundraising event benefiting a school for children with emotional and mental disabilities in Briarcliff Manor. Williams, an actress, singer and designer, was born in the Bronx, but grew up in the New Castle hamlet of Millwood.
