A Blizzard Warning is in effect from midnight Tuesday to midnight Wednesday for areas in red, including all of Westchester and Rockland. A significant westward shift in the major Nor'easter due to arrive in the area late Monday night has resulted in Blizzard Warnings now being issued for all of Westchester and Rockland counties and an increase in snowfall projections.
