Arts Fest Activities at New Rochelle Public Libraries

On Saturday, October 7th, the New Rochelle Public Libraries will be offering a number of activities for New Rochelle's annual Arts Fest. The 102nd Annual Open Juried Exhibition of the New Rochelle Art Association, on view all day during library's regular hours of operation from September 16 - October 22, will be celebrated with an Exhibit Reception and Awards Ceremony on Saturday evening, from 5:15 pm - 7:00 pm, in the lobby of the main library.
