Tuesday will be a partly sunny day with a high around 58, with rain moving in late in the evening and continuing through the overnight hours with patchy fog.
With up to a foot of snow possibly making its way toward Ossining, local officials have declared a snow emergency and announced temporary parking changes in the village. On Wednesday, Village Manager Paul Fraioli announced that beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Ossining would be in a state of snow emergency, establishing emergency parking and traffic regulations.
