Chopt Creative Salad , with Westchester locations in Mount Kisco and Rye Brook, plans its official opening on Friday, Jan. 13. There is a pre-opening however with “Chopt Gives Days” on Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 5 p..m. to 7:30 p.m.and Thursday, Jan. 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in which all customers who make a donation to Chopt’s charitable partner, Dig Farm, will receive a free salad or salad wrap. The proceeds will go towards building a community garden at Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry.
