A new 6,000 square foot concert venue/banquet hall/restaurant plans to open in the South Salem space formerly occupied by The Willows. Owner Victor Ponzo, a longtime Wall Street executive, said it's always been a dream of his to open a place where residents can enjoy good food and music.
