Stephen James Tilley, 55, of Palm Coast, Fla., a former police officer with the Irvington Police Department, died Friday, Feb. 24. Born, July 1, 1961, Tilley began his law enforcement career with the Tarrytown Police Department in 1984 and transferred to the Irvington Police Department in 1987. He served as an officer and a detective until he retired in 2002, said Chief Michael Cerone.

Jean was a native of Tarrytown, New York. She loved to crochet. Jean's whole world revolved around her family.

Born and raised in Sleepy Hollow, the youngest son of Joseph and Elizabeth Fiorella, Eugene attended the public schools of the Tarrytowns. Upon graduation from North Tarrytown High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy to serve in World War II.

Timothy Edward Lange, a Wappingers Falls resident, died on Friday, Jan. 6 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. He was 48. Born Nov. 21, 1968 in North Tarrytown, he was the son of the late Egon Lange and Shirley E. Tompkins Hallock.
