Chappaqua Shooting Suspect To Be Arraigned Tuesday

A Tuckahoe man accused of shooting two men outside a Chappaqua deli is to appear in Westchester County Court on Tuesday to formally face charges of attempted murder, assault and criminal use of a firearm, according to lohud.com. Hengjun Chao, 49, has been held in the Westchester County jail since his Aug. 29 arrest on suspicion of shooting the men – one of whom was his former boss – outside Lange’s Little Store & Delicatessen, according to lohud.com, which reported that Chao was indicted by a grand jury last week.
