A White Plains woman is in trouble with the law after she was found to be driving under the influence with her daughter in the car in Scarsdale. At approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday night, police stopped Kristen Walsh, 36, on Heathcote Road after they were alerted that she was driving erratically and spotted talking on her cell phone while operating her vehicle.
