A 21-year-old White Plains man was arraigned Friday in connection with last month's murder of a Peekskill man. Aaron George of 396 Main St. was the second defendant charged in the April 17 ambush shooting of Dominique Hospie, 23, along North Kensico Avenue, accordiing to Acting Westchester County District Attorney James A. McCarty.
