Hen Hud Football’s Red Ribbon Bowl Honors Local Drunk-Driving Victim

As schools nationwide recognize Red Ribbon Week as a reminder to avoid drugs and alcohol, students at Hendrick Hudson High School in Montrose plan to have someone special in mind. When the high school hosts the Red Ribbon Bowl football game Thursday, donations will be collected for the family of Robby Schartner , 21. Schartner, a Rye native and a lacrosse player at Manhattanville College, was killed in a car crash earlier this month in White Plains that involved an alleged drunk driver.
