NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to law, that a meeting of the City Council of Yonkers, New York will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 7pm, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Yonkers, New York, the City Council will proceed to give a Public Hearing on the application of CVS Pharmacy and T.M. Crowley & Associates in relation to a change of Zone District Classification from its present “M” Zone District to a “BA” Zone District for the following described parcels of land, to wit:

     13 Culver Street, Section 330, Block 129, Lot 26

     Portion of 372 Riverdale Avenue, Section 330, Block 129, Lot 30.

These lots are located at the northeast corner of Riverdale Avenue and Culver Street.

The petition for a change of Zone District Classification is in connection with a proposal to redevelop the parcels with a new CVS store.
