Billionaire Loeb Apologizes for Suggesting Black NY Senator Is Worse Than KKK

A billionaire hedge fund manager has apologized for an online post saying that a black New York state senator has "done more damage to people of color than anyone who has ever donned a hood" because of her support for teachers unions. Daniel Loeb issued a statement saying he regrets the language he used in the Facebook post about Senate Minority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, a Yonkers Democrat.

Astorino Supports Stripping Mario Cuomo’s Name From New TZB

In a radio interview Wednesday, Astorino, the Westchester County Executive, said if he was elected governor, he would support a measure reversing the naming of the new Tappan Zee Bridge after the former governor. Astorino would support the bridge reverting back to its current name, after Malcom Wilson, a former governor and Yonkers native.
