A 33-year-old woman and a man from Westchester are facing a variety of drug charges after a traffic stop in Orange County. Troopers stopped a vehicle on Route 17 in the Town of Monroe for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law at about 1:10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 23.
