Kent police recently made several arrests including charging four for driving while intoxicated, one person for choking a woman in front of a child, and two for possession of drugs. Saturday, Aug. 27: Officer Joe Fleischman and Detective Ray Beauchesne stopped Orlando Dominguez, 37, of Yonkers, for an equipment violation.
