A local family is looking for answers after their dog was stolen by a stranger outside of a car wash in Westchester. Linus, a labrador, was outside of the Spa Auto Spa car wash on Route 9A on Sunday near the Yonkers-Hastings town line, when a woman in a dark colored Honda Element picked him up, put him in her vehicle and drove off.
