A Yonkers man may spend the rest of his life in prison after being sentenced for committing a daytime murder in broad daylight nearly three years ago. On Tuesday, acting Westchester County District Attorney James McCarty announced that Pedro Delacruz, 26, has been sentenced to 25 years to life in prison after being convicted by a jury that found him guilty of felony counts of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon last month.
