Developers Break Ground On $190M Westchester Redevelopment

After a lengthy discussion and debate, Yonkers officials have broken ground on the Larkin Plaza Redevelopment, one of the biggest projects the city has seen in decades. On Wednesday, Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano was joined by officials from RXR Realty and Rising Development at 38 Nepperhan St., where they formally kicked off the $190 million Larkin Plaza mixed-use redevelopment.
