A man was busted in Scarsdale driving with a blood-alcohol content more than double the legal limit after being spotted by police driving into several curbs. A motorist from Yonkers with multiple suspensions on his license was busted by police in Scarsdale after being caught going nearly double the posted speed limit on Post Road. Patrol officers conducting speed enforcement on Post Road at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night stopped 33-year-old Yonkers resident Woodraw Yoon when he was spotted driving nearly 50 mph in a 30 mph zone.
