A Yonkers prison guard is going to be spending time on the other side of the bars after being found guilty of having sex with an inmate. On Wednesday, acting Westchester County District Attorney James McCarty announced that Rasheed Smalls, 45, has been sentenced to between one and three years in state prison after being found guilty of a felony charge of committing a criminal sexual act and a misdemeanor count of official misconduct last month.
