The Westchester teenager facing a murder charge for the death of a New Rochelle High School junior pleaded not guilty on Tuesday morning in Westchester County Court. Z'inah Brown, 17, a Yonkers resident who attended New Rochelle High School, was arraigned in Westchester County Court on charges that include second-degree murder, manslaughter, gang assault and first-degree stalking, all felonies.
