A Yorktown Heights man is back in custody after being arrested for jumping bail following a previous assault charge, police said. On Thursday, the Yorktown Police Department reported the arrest of 38-year-old Ricardo Carter, who was taken into custody in Ardsley for an alleged active bench warrant on previous charges.
