Miguel Ferrer, who brought stern authority to his featured role on CBS’ hit “NCIS: Los Angeles” and, before that, to NBC crime drama “Crossing Jordan,” has died. He had played assistant director Owen Granger on “NCIS: Los Angeles” since 2012.
