Whenever Kim Culver-Adams and her husband wanted an upscale, sit-down meal, it seemed like they were always driving to Allentown, Bethlehem or Easton. Hellertown, closer to their Lower Saucon Township home, was replete with casual dining options, but Culver-Adams found herself thinking there was room along the small town’s main drag for a refined dining experience with a menu geared toward locally sourced ingredients.
