Fox has handed out a pilot order for a TV series adaptation of Justin Cronin’s vampire drama novel trilogy “The Passage” The first book was published in 2010 and starts out as a character-driven government conspiracy thriller before morphing into a post-apocalyptic vampire saga spanning over a century. The story focuses on a young girl named Amy who must save the human race.
