Over the past seven months, the Hamilton Crossings shopping center in Lower Macungie Township has brought to the Lehigh Valley a handful of new restaurants, including Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Smashburger and The Foundry pub at Whole Foods. The 132-seat, fast-casual restaurant, next to Rally House, will open March 24, according to general manager Richard Hart.
