Swedish politician: officials should have sex in lunchbreak new

A politician in northern Sweden wants to list sex as an officially approved activity for civil servants during their daily paid lunchbreak. Per-Erik Muskos of the city council of Overtornea on the Arctic Circle says he made "a serious and formal" proposal Monday to add sex to the list of acceptable activities, which also include going to the gym or getting a massage, as well as eating.

College Football Star Arrested On Public Intoxication Charges After Bizarre Interaction With The Cops

University of Oklahoma star quarterback Baker Mayfield - who was a finalist this past season for the Heisman Trophy , college football's top award handed out to the game's best player - just had a very un-Heismanlike night out on the town. According to police reports, Mayfield was arrested early Satruday morning in Fayetteville, Arkansas, after a bizarre interaction with the cops - and he's been charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, fleeing, and resisting arrest.

The Tyne has come a long way in the past 30 years with the once filthy river supporting an array of wildlife from otters to water voles Once universally known as the Coaly Tyne, the exports down the river from the region's coalfields, and every other kind of industry from shipyards to factories crammed on to the banks, meant little wildlife could survive in the lower reaches of the great waterway. Then direct discharges into the river were tackled with the Tyneside Sewerage Interceptor Scheme which directed waste to Northumbrian Water's Howdon treatment plant.

Teen’s bizarre low-speed chase

A TEENAGER has been charged with drink-driving and a bizarre low-speed chase on the Graham Farmer Freeway in the early hours of this morning, which allegedly involved him colliding with two police vehicles in a bid to get away. Police say Traffic Enforcement Group officers spotted a black Holden Commodore being driven on the wrong side of the road on Southport Street in Leederville and despite activating their lights and sirens, the driver failed to stop.
