The country-punk-noise performance collective Irrevery presents "The Living Mixtape: A Bizarre Bazaar," Sunday, March 26th, 7 PM, at The Silent Barn, Brooklyn. "The Living Mixtape" is a collaborative performance in multiple media: a book release, a flash-poetry workshop and readings, an art bazaar, plus a concert featuring improvised dance and music by Marilu Donovan, Relatives, NoPop, and Irrevery These media converge to promote the release of the book, Irrevery Volume I, the collective effort of twelve artists, each of whom illustrated the lyrics of songs from the upcoming debut album of the same title by Irrevery.

A New York City Uber driver is boasting that he drove through 240 green traffic lights before hitting a red light. Noah Forman achieved the feat during a 27-minute drive through Manhattan that started at around 3:30 a.m. on Dec. 6. The recording shows him slowing to a crawl on some blocks to avoid hitting a red, and taking numerous turns to avoid having his path forward blocked.

Career criminal wanted by cops after bizarre saga at Trump golf course

A man is wanted for questioning after he walked into the Trump Links golf-course clubhouse in The Bronx saying he was looking for memorabilia, left empty-handed - and then crawled under a fence to get back in a little while later, police sources said Tuesday. The bizarre incident unfolded after a golf-course manager saw the man drive onto the property at 3 p.m. Monday in a U-Haul truck with an Arizona license plate, sources said.
