‘Flasher’ Charged With Break-In At Westchester Private School Due In Court

Edward Foley, 27, of Scarsdale was arrested by Greenburgh police in connection with a February 2016 break-in at Maria Regina High School. Foley is due to return to Town of Greenburgh Court on Thursday, Feb. 2, according to the Westchester County D.A. Last February, Greenburgh police were seeking information on a male who disrobed about 5 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2016, at Maria Regina High School after breaking in.

A manhunt is underway in Scarsdale after a woman was approached by a man in her driveway on Thursday night who may have been carrying a gun. Former Scarsdale Resident Sentenced In Wrong-Way Crash That Killed Woman

An Armonk man and former Scarsdale resident has been sentenced to nearly a decade in prison after drinking, driving and getting involved in a wrong-way crash on I-684 in Bedford that took the life of a Mount Kisco woman and left his passenger with severe injuries, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino said. Scarpino announced Thursday that Zachary Tokson, 27, has been sentenced to an indeterminate sentence of three to nine years in state prison after pleading guilty to three felony charges related to a 2015 accident.
