By Nur Ashikin Abdul Aziz KUALA LUMPUR, March 2 — The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Secretary-General Dr Yousef Al-Othaimeen expressed serious concern that Islamophobia, an affront to human rights and dignity of Muslims, is gradually becoming institutionalised or the norm. The rise in religious hatred and resultant religious extremism particularly Muslim discrimination has reached alarming levels, he said in an OIC statement.
