Srinagar , Jan. 27 : In Jammu and Kashmir, the latest spell of rains and snowfall has thrown normal life out of gear, as the surface and air links remained suspended between the Valley and the rest of the country for the past three days. In view of the rain and snowfall at various places along Jammu-Srinagar national highway no traffic will be allowed on the road today.
