A witness of former teacher Jomsap Saenmuangkhot, found guilty in a fatal hit-and-run case in 2005, has testified in court that the pickup truck involved in the accident was driven by a man. Thassanee Harnphayak, 61, was giving testimony at the Nakhon Phanom Provincial Court Thursday as Jomsap, who claims to have been wrongfully imprisoned, seeks a retrial.
