New Delhi, Feb 12: The official website of Ministry of Home Affairs has been down since Sunday morning. According to reports that have emerged, it seems as though hacking is the primary cause for the dysfunction ET reports that the cyber wing of the Delhi police have launched an investigation into the matter.
