Position Description: Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group is currently seeking a Marketing manager to assist the Director in department operations, including advertising and promotional strategies for nine house imprints that encompass picture books as well as middle-grade and young adult novels. The manager will develop and execute robust trade and consumer advertising campaigns; manage promotional projects to support trade marketing, publicity; and school and library efforts; manage social media advertising for the department; and assist in the development and growth of junior staff.
